Montana Sunset

On our way to our last stop of the day... Ron's uncle's was nice
enough to let us crash at his ranch in Missoula tonight... Sweet!

Ron and Bison

People getting gored by bison is not rare in Yellowstone... So
naturally Ron runs towards them.

Rons uncle used to live here but upon arriving we found out he moved.

Cheap Gas!!!

We filled up at $3.59/gal... What a great start to another beautiful
day.

On our way to Yellowstone/Montana

Should be another beautiful drive. Location tracking is down. I'm
working on it.

Meat and veggies followed up by Smores. The campfire was lame thanks
to the subpar wood we got. Oh well. South Dakota, a 13 hour drive, The
Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Camping... A solid day.
Were up at 6 am and heading to Missoula by way of Yellowstone.. stay
tuned.

Good Ol' Pennsylvania

shot... But here it is. It is pretty up here.

The location tracking isn't working again... But were about one hour
from Mount Rushmore.

This land of ours..

South Dakota may be flat but it is so relaxing just looking at it. And
its not all flat... Its been fairly hilly for the last 100 miles since
we crossed the Missouri River.

Location Issue Fixed

It should be good now.

Welcome To Blue Earth, MN

Green Giant!! Its pretty miserable out.. 55 degrees .. Feels like 40
thanks to the wind and rain. Good thing were not stopping here for long.

Slight Problem

The phone doesn't seem to be updating its location unless I'm on a
wifi network... I'm trying to fix that. Hopefully I get that taken
care of in the 9 hours before Mount Rushmore.

Oh yeah..

I forgot to mention this... But a resident of WI told me this place
was voted as having the friendliest people in the country.. Guess
what? Spot on. People here seem to be much nicer than east coasters...
I wonder why? I know the same is true even more so on the west coast.
Awesome.

Great Store

The doors have only one word above them. Brilliant. Great prices too.
BUT, they only take cash or debit. I guess it helps keep prices low?
Oh well.
Its 12:02 in Madison. Were leaving at 5 am on 13 hour ride to Mount
Rushmore... Yeah 13.

Were 1100 miles into the trip at this point. Tomorrows trip is 800
miles and Cali is 3,000 miles away...

Sleep.

A Wisconsin Brewpub

The 16 Beer sampler at the Great Dane brew pub in Madison. 64 ounces
of beer between Ron and I. The food and beer were great. Favorites:
Neds Red and The Scotch Ale. There were two more but I forgot their
names. One was a porter and the other was a wheat beer.
